Wellness Classes
As a health professional, our role has often been to help you recover from illness or disease, but now more than ever, we must first guide you in staying well. Over the years, we have discovered that many of you ask us about your symptoms due to chronic stress, overweight, poor dietary habits and sleep deprivation. Classes are taught by Dr. Hensley (along with guest speakers) every 2ndst and 4th Tuesdays of the month from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

Tai Chi Chaun, Qigong Classes
Brad Baldwin, L.Ac. will be teaching Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan here at Hensley Wellness Center beginning on February 8th. The classes will be held on Wednesday evenings at 6:30. (Saturday morning classes are also available)
Tai Chi Chuan is a different style of Tai Chi. Wu style Tai Chi will be taught. This is the ancient martial arts practiced by Daoist monks. With it's gentle movements and breathing, some call it moving mediation. But hidden within the gentle complex movements is a martial arts. With the movement and breathing one can have quite the work out!
Qigong is the practice of standing like a tree and moving one's energy internally. Concentrating on one's posture and breath to help relax and calm the mind and body.
