Pilates Classes

Our Pilates Classess are designed to teach you functional exercises for everyday life. We will cover posture, flexibility, mobility, stability, functionally strength and endurance.  We will also cover stretching and ergonomics.  Our classes are small in size to afford the instructor the time to give each participant the attention needed.

Scheduled Classes:  Monday "Lunch Time Pilates" 12 noon - 1:00pm

                               Tuesday:  5:00pm - 6:00pm

                               Thursday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Nutritional Classes

As a health professional, our role has often been to help you recover from illness or disease, but now more than ever, we must first guide you in staying well. Over the years, we have discovered that many of you ask us about your symptoms due to chronic stress, overweight, poor dietary habits and sleep deprivation. We invite you to learn how the new science of nutrition and genetics can help you achieve a new state of physcial and mental well being.

Classes are taught by Dr. Hensley every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6:30pm - 7:30pm
